Delivery across Pakistan
We deliver nationwide with a flat delivery charge of Rs 250, payable with your order via Cash on Delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 2–5 working days depending on your city.
Order updates
We confirm every order and share dispatch updates on WhatsApp. Keep an eye on the number you provided at checkout — or message us any time at +92 329 5126001.
Returns & replacements
Because our chai is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened bottles. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number — we'll arrange a replacement right away.
